Cyndi is a NASM certified personal trainer with specializations in both golf fitness and corrective exercise. Due to this dual specialization, she is equipped to help you improve your posture, strength, flexibility, power, range of motion and core strength. Focusing on all of these aspects of fitness will help you improve your game while reducing (or correcting) common golf injuries to the lower back, shoulders and elbows.
